Picture of the Week

To start this off, I have to let you know first that Eric is really good at antagonizing Timo. What brother doesn't antagonize his sibling? Well, it just so happens Eric gets his antagonizing abilities from me, making it extra annoying. As a result, Timo can be quick tempered (also like me). So there's the setup. You can tell when you look at this picture that's exactly what's going on. Eric provoked Timo somehow, Timo responds by bursting some blood vessels in his head, and Eric shows a pleasure filled smart-alecky smirk because he's accomplished his goal of irritating Timo. Becka did a good job snapping the picture during such a candid time between the boys. I laughed pretty hard at this one myself.

"Ironman"

Somehow wearing your underwear (or your brother's underwear) on your head makes you Ironman. I just go with it.

Phone Booth

This has to be one of the last remaining working phone booths in Boise. You rarely see these anymore. If you do see them they typically don't work. I found this one and sure enough it works like it's brand new. Of course I had to get a picture. Plus this was Timo's chance to get a gig as a phone booth model.

Treat your Mother right...

because Mr. T says so. Those "Yo Mama" jokes won't fly in the presence of Mr. T, so watch yourself!

Landing at dusk

I'm a big fan of airplanes. I'm also a big fan of airplanes taking off and landing. Then, I found out this evening, I'm a big fan of airplanes taking off and landing during a sunset. I took these pictures on the east side of the runway at the Boise Airport. As always, click to enlarge.


I wish the sun would have been up a little bit farther in this one. Only if that plane would have showed up about 90 seconds earlier. Oh well, I think it still looks pretty good.
